List of Winter Olympic Games Sports in Chamonix, France in 1924

Ice hockey between Canada and the USA at the first Winter Olympics
There were 9 sporting disciplines (officially 5 sports) on the program at the inaugural Winter Olympics in Chamonix, France in 1924. The five "sports" were Bobsleigh, Curling, Ice hockey, Nordic skiing and Skating, comprising the nine disciplines listed below. At the time curling and the military patrol were not listed as Olympic events. It was not until 2006 that they were officially considered as part of the Olympic program.

- Bobsleigh - 4-man event
- Cross-country skiing - 18 and 50km race for men
- Curling - men's event
- Figure skating - men's singles, ladies' singles, and pair skating
- Ice hockey - men's tournament
- Military patrol - men's event
- Nordic combined - men's event
- Ski jumping - men's event
- Speed skating - men's 500 m, 1500 m, 5000 m, 10,000 m, All-round competition
