Countries that have sent athletes to every Summer Olympic Games
Five countries have been represented at all Summer Olympic Games, though not always under their nation's flag or part of the nation's official representative team. There have been 30 Summer Olympics (up to and including Paris in 2024).
- Australia
- France
- Great Britain
- Greece
- Switzerland
Notes:
- Australia attended with New Zealand in 1908 and 1912 as part of a combined Australasia team.
- France did not send a team to the 1904 Games, though a Frenchman competed for the USA and as part of a mixed team.
- Switzerland is on this list even though they boycotted the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne - they had competed in the equestrian events several months earlier that were held separately in Stockholm.
- Great Britain competed as part of the 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland' in 1896.
